Will it show my branding or yours?
Yours, everywhere a client can see. The control panel carries your logo and colours, the nameservers are on your domain, and invoices and support replies come from you. We are not mentioned anywhere in the client-facing experience.
Can I create my own packages?
Yes. In WHM you build your own hosting tiers and set the disk space, bandwidth, mailbox, database and subdomain limits on each one. Most resellers end up with three or four packages at their own price points, which is exactly what the plan is designed for.
Can I use my own nameservers?
Yes, free on every plan. Create ns1.yourbrand.com and ns2.yourbrand.com as glue records at your registrar, point them at your reseller account and hand those out to clients instead of ours.
Can I link my hosting plan to WHMCS?
Yes. The reseller stack works with WHMCS out of the box for automated provisioning, invoicing, client portals and support ticketing. A new client can order, pay and have their cPanel account created without you touching anything.
What resources does each client account get?
Each cPanel account gets 2 CPU cores and 2 GB of RAM of its own, plus 30 MB/s of I/O and 1024 IOPS. Those limits are per account rather than pooled across your plan, so one busy client site cannot slow down the rest of your book.
How many accounts can I create?
Twenty on Reseller 20, fifty on Reseller 50 and a hundred on Reseller 100. Storage is 50 GB of NVMe on Reseller 20 and unlimited on the other two, and bandwidth is unlimited across all three.
Do you back up my clients’ sites?
Yes, daily and off-site, on a 30 day rolling window, with on-demand snapshots before a big change. You can restore a whole account or a single file yourself from your panel, which is a useful thing to be able to promise a client.
Will you migrate my existing reseller account?
Yes, free. We move whole reseller accounts through the WHM API, which keeps email, databases and client passwords intact, and it usually takes minutes rather than an evening. Send us your current host details and we will schedule it around you.
Do my clients get SSL?
Every cPanel account gets a free Let’s Encrypt certificate, issued and renewed automatically. You never have to think about it and no client site quietly lapses out of HTTPS.
Who handles support for my clients?
You do, as far as they are concerned, which is the point of white label. Behind you, our UK team handles anything at the platform or server level, so you are never stuck on a question you cannot answer.
Can I upgrade later?
Any time, from your account, with no downtime for you or your clients. We prorate the difference so you only pay for what you use, and moving from Reseller 20 up to 50 or 100 takes effect immediately.
